The Friends of the Rieck Center will be hosting an open house on October 14th. Michelle Rumschlag, Hancock County Parks Naturalist, will be our guest speaker, and she will provide new information regarding owls as well as a lab session in which participatns will have the opportunity to dissect an owl pellet. Doors will open at 1:00, with coffee, cider and cookies. Ms Rumschlag will present at 2:00 p.m. There will be opportunity to walk the grounds following the presentation.
