Can fungi clean run-off water containing nitrates adn phosphates? Dr. Donald Walker, UF microbiologist, will show us how the use of gourmet edible oyster mushrooms can do just that! The Center will open at 1:00, refreshments will be available at 1:45, the presentation will begin at 2:00. Following the presentation, there will be a very short walk to our pond to look at the mycofiltration unit that Dr. Walker and his class have set up to keep our pond cleaner.
